Services

Ginza Spa ぎんざ provides professional, licensed massage therapy services to adult clients (18+) in Federal Way, WA. All services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Appointments & Cancellation

• Appointments are confirmed by phone, text, or booking form confirmation.
• Please provide at least 4 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at full price.

Payment

Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, Apple Pay and Zelle. Promotional pricing (including first-time client offers) is limited to one use per client and cannot be combined.

Health & Conduct

• Please disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or allergies before your session.
• Massage is not a substitute for medical care. Consult your physician for medical concerns.
• Inappropriate behavior of any kind ends the session immediately at full charge.

Liability

Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the session.
